1. Explore the available puppies

Begin in the shop. Open a puppy’s own page to see the listed price, size, color and current availability. If more than one puppy interests you, note their names and compare the profiles. Our poodle size guide explains the size labels used in the collection.

2. Tell us about your household

Use the form on the puppy’s profile or contact us. Tell us who lives with you, whether there are other pets and how you expect to manage companionship and daily care. Include the puppy’s name and the questions you want to discuss. You do not need to share sensitive identity or payment information in the form.

3. Review the individual details

Before deciding, ask for the confirmed date of birth, current weight, anticipated adult size and go-home timing. Discuss temperament, handling, the daily routine and introductions to everyday experiences. Request the puppy’s records and relevant parent information so you can review the actual documents.

4. Agree on the written terms

Review any reservation, payment, cancellation and collection arrangements in writing before making a commitment. Confirm the complete agreed cost and what it covers. Do not assume a submitted inquiry reserves a puppy, guarantees a date or creates a purchase agreement.

5. Prepare for homecoming
